The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course is targeted to anyone responsible for the value delivery of products and teams.

 

Stephanie Ockerman is a Professional Scrum Trainer and Scrum Master (PSM) Curriculum Steward.  She works with the trainer community and Ken Schwaber to continuously evolve the courseware.  Stephanie also works with Scrum.org to teach, assess, and mentor PSM trainer candidates.

 

She is co-author of the book Mastering Professional Scrum.

By the end of two days, you will:

  • Practice using Agile Product Management techniques to define and measure value.

  • Learn the WHY behind the elements of Scrum, so you can be successful in leveraging empiricism to maximize value in YOUR context.

  • Explore common challenges Product Owners face and how to avoid or overcome them.

  • Experience practices for Product Backlog management.

  • Learn approaches for release planning and forecasting.
