The Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course is targeted to anyone responsible for the value delivery of products and teams.
Stephanie Ockerman is a Professional Scrum Trainer and Scrum Master (PSM) Curriculum Steward. She works with the trainer community and Ken Schwaber to continuously evolve the courseware. Stephanie also works with Scrum.org to teach, assess, and mentor PSM trainer candidates.

What if I am unable to attend the course?
Life happens. And who knows what 2021 has in store for us. If you have a scheduling conflict, you will be able to reschedule for a future class. We just ask that you let us know as early as possible, so we can better prepare for the class.
If you have a life event that makes a refund necessary, we are happy to accommodate that as well. Again, we just ask that you let us know as early as possible.
What if I'm new to Scrum?
No experience is required. You can apply what you learn in this course no matter your experience level. In fact, you will discover that your past experiences not specific to Scrum/ agile will be very relevant to the learning.
What if I already have a solid amount of Scrum experience?
You will still get a ton of value from this course. You will be able to bring your experiences to the classroom to both help further the learning of the group and to get additional insights for approaching Scrum challenges. Many students with Scrum experience indicate they get more grounded in the why of Scrum, so they can better empower and enable their Scrum Teams and organizations. They also get a lot out of collaborating with a group of people who bring in diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas.
Is there any certificate associated with this course?
Yes! When you take this course, you will get a free attempt at the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) assessment. If you achieve an 85% on the assessment, you earn your PSPO I credential.
