I’ve spent over 20 years helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change—with more clarity, alignment, and humanity.
From co-authoring Mastering Professional Scrum to training teams and leaders on five continents to splitting my life between Ohio and a small Costa Rica surf town—my own journey has been a mix of the traditional and the completely unconventional.
